Electronic Edge Vintage Keys order requirements for
pianos in inventory that are not yet ready for sale: To
purchase a piano that is not yet ready we will require a
25% deposit.
If
the sale is cancelled 25% of the deposit is non-refundable.
A
delivery date will be estimated, it will depend
on the amount of work the piano requires and how much other work is pending.
The finished product
will be shipped after payment for the product and
shipping and handling is received in

IF
WE WILL BE SERVICING YOUR KEYBOARD: You
will have it shipped to us (and we highly recommend you let us
advise on having it shipped), or you can deliver it in person. We can
pick up for a fee if in a reasonable
proximity.
No deposit required but
if you are requesting special parts such as a preamp then prepayment
for
parts and/or materials
may be required.
An estimate will be given
for time and parts cost but this will vary depending on the condition.
The condition
is not always what it may appear. We will provide
the best possible estimates and advise on any developments that
will make a big difference. We can do complete overhauls
or minor
ones, depending on your
budget and/or needs.
The finished product will
be shipped after payment for the labor, parts and shipping and handling
is
received in full.
Rush jobs may require a deposit
and/or a higher hourly rate. Storage fees may apply if payment is seriously
delayed once a job is
complete.
DO NOT SHIP anything
to us without our knowledge.

Returns
are highly unlikely as great customer satisfaction is standard and
we will work to resolve any problem. However if an item is to be returned,
shipping
arrangements back to us must be finalized no later than 10 days after
taking delivery, with a timely scheduled delivery back to us (timely
to be defined at our discretion, generally within an additional 7 days),
with insured return shipping, at the buyer’s expense, plus a
10% restocking fee.
The item will also be subject to inspection which may effect
the refunded amount. The restocking fee will increase to 20% if arrangements
to return the item exceeds 10 days after taking delivery of the item. After
30 days from taking delivery of an item, the item may not be returned.
Free adjustments will be made up to 30 days or as negotiated and
will incur split shipping charges. Adjustments may incur fees if inspection
reveals adjustments have been made by another party.

Preferred
payment methods are
Western Union, verifiable U.S. cashier checks or U.S. money orders
and verifiable established business checks. Personal checks will delay
shipment
10 or more
business days. (Any
oddity in payment may delay shipment.) Cash is preferred
when picking up in person.
We
accept PayPal but a charge is added to final costs to cover the
PayPal fee. The charge will vary depending on the final cost and country. Do
not send PayPal without our knowledge. It is not accepted for any of
the email addresses shown on this site.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
• Ohio buyers will
pay 6.5% sales tax, due with the final payment.
• Buyers pay all shipping and handling costs.
• We are happy to work
with customers outside of the U.S. but only accept PayPal or
Western Union.
